Held Equestrian Center

Riders from all over the country come to Albion to participate in the College’s nationally competitive riding programs at the Nancy G.

Held Equestrian Center, opened in 2004 and the only facility of its kind at a Michigan private college.

Located less than a mile from campus, the Equestrian Center has

two outdoor arenas;
an indoor arena;
beautiful boarding and exercise facilities,
including two European horse walkers;
outdoor riding trails;
and acres of paddocks.

The Equestrian Center is home to hunt seat, western, and dressage teams and also supports the Equestrian Club, a student organization.

Students also can prepare for British Horse Society international certification while pursuing their Albion education.
